aspects of procurement. The study reveals a diverse range of familiarity with e-procurement
among respondents, reflecting the need for training and education to ensure a consistent
understanding and embrace of e-procurement systems. Additionally, the findings indicate mixed
opinions on e-procurement's effectiveness and its influence on procurement processes. The
dissertation discusses the implications of these findings, emphasizing the importance of
addressing diverse perspectives, effective change management, and aligned actions with existing
research to optimize e-procurement processes. Furthermore, recommendations are provided for
government support, stakeholder collaboration, policy development, and capacity building. The
research contributes to the understanding of e-procurement adoption in local government and
offers insights for improving procurement efficiency in public organizations. Finally, the study
suggests a potential area for further research through a comparative analysis of e-procurement
