The study, conducted at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha in Njiro Arusha, targeted a
population of 118, consisting of 108 youths and 10 lecturers. Its aim was to assess both
students studying entrepreneurship education and lecturers teaching the subject. The focus
encompassed evaluating the quality of entrepreneurship education, understanding challenges
faced by youths in implementing it, and proposing strategies for the Institute of Accountancy
Arusha to adopt in order to mitigate unemployment by overcoming these challenges. The
research employed an exploratory case research design, utilizing stratified and purposive
sampling for participant selection. Primary data were collected through interviews with
lecturers and focus group discussions with youths, analyzed qualitatively using thematic
analysis. The study recommends a systematic approach to address challenges faced by
young entrepreneurs in business centers. This includes immediate attention to their financial
needs, facilitation of access to external markets, establishment of supportive policies, and the
creation of a robust networking system to enhance their connections and opportunities. This
