and finance personnel were asked to answer questions through a brief interview on specific
topics. Primary data was collected from surveys administered to purchasing and finance
personnel.A total of 46 of 58 surveys were completed satisfactorily, yieldinga response rate of
79%. Written information is presented through tables, charts and graphs. This study
recommends establishing close relationships with key suppliers to ensure stable supply and
quality Procurement ManagementUnits. TPA must evaluate where theirlargest investments
are beingmade and the benefits that can be broughtto each category.Afterlarge investments
