Abstract:
I begin this expression of gratitude with heartfelt thanks to the Lord, for His steadfast love and
guidance throughout this research journey. The verse from Psalm 119:105, "Your word is a
lamp to my feet and a light to my path," resonates deeply with me, as it reflects the divine
illumination that has led me in this endeavor. I am deeply indebted to Mr. Edson Ndyemalila,
my supervisor, whose wisdom, encouragement, and unwavering support have been invaluable
throughout this research. His mentorship has shaped my understanding and approach, making
this study possible. My deepest gratitude goes to my husband, whose unwavering assistance
and support have been the pillar of strength, propelling me forward. I am immensely grateful to
our children, Melina and Nathaniel Mosha, for their understanding and love during the countless
hours I devoted to this study. To my family members, I extend my heartfelt thanks for standing
by me throughout this journey, ensuring its completion. Special thanks to Lilian Nguma for her
continuous encouragement and support during my course. Each of you has played an essential
role in this achievement, and I am truly blessed to have such remarkable individuals in my life.
Your unwavering faith and encouragement have made this journey possible, and for that, I am
forever grateful.
