It is recommended that education should be continuous with regards to the use of TANePs where by Mbeya University of Science and Technology staff are not competent as well as equipment is not enough to ensure its implementation or execution. This can be undertaken through training to the members of staff, government should provide enough infrastructure with regards to the IT and technology available to the public sectors to support TANePS. This can only be facilitated by increasing the budget for IT, government should ensure the feedback is provided early to the public entities to remove unnecessary enquiries from the customers. This can be achieved when the feedback mechanism is well structured especially to the place where the network is effective . The government should update the current ICT policy so as to enhance and address the e - procurement challenges that have been experienced in public offices. Also, the government should establish standard e-procurement guideline that will address the e-procurement issues in Tanzania en_US
