dc.description.abstract The study assessed the impact of employees’ engagement on organization performance in Tanzania public sector. The study was guided with three predicting variables namely employee commitment, employee involvement and employee productivity. The predictors were tested towards organization performance as the dependent variable. Pragmatism philosophy was employed since the study employed mixed method design and approach because both qualitative and quantitative methods were employed in the process of knowledge generation. Primary data were employed in the information gathering process from the employees of the selected public organization as the case for the inquiry through the sample of 64 participants using the questionnaire and the interview methods. The obtained results through the questionnaire were computed in SPSS software version 23.0 to gather relevant statistical tests to present the results pertaining to the relationship testing between study variables. Therefore, correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to describe the relationship between the predictors and the dependent variable. The results that were obtained using interviews were analyzed using content analysis which were narratively presented described with themes to support the results as complements. Findings revealed that all three predicting variables have been found positive with significant results towards the dependent variable as organization performance. The implication of the results is that performance of public sector organizations in Tanzania through employee engagement is strongly influenced with employee commitment, employee involvement and employee productivity. en_US
