Abstract:
Various literature reviews have shown that indeed women are faced Oth various chalenges so as not to reach parity in decision-making positions in govemmental and non-govemmentai organizations. Therefore. the study was focused on identifying factors affecting women in reaching parity in dedsion-making positions in Pax Sectoas. A case study of NSSF and TANESCO Arusha. The study employed Shade study design where 20 experienced workers are in managerial positions They were be identified through purposive sampling based on experienced and gender. By using an open-ended interview schedule through face-to-face sessions, the data was being gathered and analyzed using thematic analysis. The themes started emerging during data collection, transcription. coding, and finally through constant comparison analysis. The result was to identify the challenges women facing not to reach panty in decision-making positions in PUBLIC SECTORS. Moreover, the study was determined ways of overcoming the. challenges.
