dc.description.abstract Road construction projects form a significant part of the entire construction sector that is potential to the economy of the country. This study assesses the impact of road construction projects in Economic Performance, a case of Ngorongoro conservation area authority roads project Ngorongoro Conversation Area is one of the biggest national conserved areas in Tanzania that has contributed to the tourism of the country in Tanzania, In NCAA, road networks constitute a huge pan of infrastructure, recognizes that there is a great deal still to be achieved through appreciating the extensive network extension of NCAA. The objectives of the study were to examine the ecologtal, demographic as well as social influence of road construction projects in Economic Performance. The study used primary data in which the information was collected through questionnaire and interview from NCAA, but atso a pilot study was used to gain deeper clarification on the primary data for effective data analysis. The sample size involved in this study was 100 respondents from selected departments from NCAA. The analysis was conducted using a mixed of qualitative and quantitative with the help of SPSS rersion 25. The results show that the model was significant al unstandardized coefficients (B) equal to 1.324, Std. Error = O. 552, t.statistics = 2.397 and p-value < 0.5 (p=0.019). The results of all three variables indicate significant influence between independent variables and dependent variable. For example, ecological factor was significant at significant at unstandardized coefficients (B)equal to 1.324 Std. Errol = 0.615. t.statistics = 2.166 and p-value < 0 5 (p=0.033) Also the demographic factor is significant at significant at unstandardized coefficients (0) equal to 1.263, Std Error = 0.576, t-statistics = 2.191 and p.value < 05 (p. 0031). The last variable in this mode is social factor which was also found significant at unstandardized coefficients (p) equal to 0.711, Std. Error = 0.369.1-statistics = 1 928s02 p-value < 0.5 (p=0.057) Therefore, the study shows that all three factors of ecological, demographic and social were imPonant in road construction projects 4 ensure economic performance. en_US
