| dc.description.abstract | This study sought to identify the key strategies for cash management in Listed Companies in Tanzania particularly at Tanzania Breweries Limited. Miller – Orr Model was adopted in this study. The study adopted descriptive research design and quantitative research approach. Quota sampling method was used to select respondents. Primary data were collected using questionnaires. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 26 was used for analysis. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in graphs and tables. This study revealed that cash planning, cash budgeting, cash receipt and cash flow projections are key strategies to ensure sufficient cash at Tanzania Breweries Limited. This study recommends that further research is needed to be carried out on the effect of other factors than cash management practices like; product/services quality, motivation among others on survival of listed companies in Tanzania. | en_US |
